Experience the joy of the season on your ride through our winter wonderland. Journey through thousands of Christmas lights and displays while riding on our open air railiroad coaches. Tickets are sold in 30 minute time blocks. Your train will depart within your selected time slot. Multiple trains will be departing per time block.

ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Please view our ticketing polices below for complete information.

Purchasing tickets will reserve your place on a train for a particular time frame. We recommend buying tickets online in advance for the best selection of dates and times.

Tickets are first come, first serve, and once they are SOLD OUT that ride time is full. If the ride time still shows tickets available, you may be able to purchase tickets for that ride at the door but there will be limited availability and extended wait times.

Looking for an amazing venue for your company, church or group Christmas party? Contact Guest Services at 832-276-1598 for availability and packages.

The Christmas Train park admission is free as well as the parking. For no cost guests can also take a stroll down the decorated walking trail for lots of photo opportunities, find the missing "Lost Toys" at the miniature train village, write letters to Santa at the North Pole Post Office, or visit the Great Elf Show inside the Main Building, all for free!

Photos with Santa are available for an additional charge at the park as well as Big Al's Pizza and Concessions.  Attraction tickes for Santa's Speedway Go-Kart Racing or the Polar Slide are purchased at the park.

ALL TICKETS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. Tickets may be transferred to another night using the EXCHANGE link on your ticket e-mail. We don’t recommend calling ticket office for ticket transfers. Your ticket transfer must be completed at least 24 hours prior to your departure time. Same Day exchanges are not available. Refunds or exchanges are not available for parties who miss their reservation or are NO SHOW.

Trains will continue to run in light rain. If the train is operating and you fail to redeem your ticket for the night you have reserved, you forfeit your tickets. NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PARTIES WHO ARE “NO SHOW”. In the rare event that The Christmas Train is canceled for delayed due to extreme weather or mechanical difficulties, the ticket office will offer rain checks.
